Jomtien visa extension - now its pick up passport next day - what happens if I dont pick it up?

So went to immigration for a 30 day extension. Was there at 8:15 and out at 10:15. Very busy as immigration was closed day before, Monday.. due to a holiday..

 

What's new to me was even though my extension was submitted early morning at counter 1A, with all fees paid. Is that its next day pick up..

 

If I don't pick it up tomorrow,  and go next week...will there be a problem?
