spot
The past couple of years (3-4 times a year), I've ended up using either lastminute.com or ebookers.com for my flights from Manchester airport. These two have always had the best times and fares.
DurianChips
Flying out of the USA, we've had success with www.thaifly.com . They run promotions from time to time, and you may have to do a special search to find those. We've gotten some very good deals though.
boldfj
From the US, I've also had success with Orbitz.com, along with the many other websites mentioned above. The last trip I made, from LAX to BKK, arriving on 1 Jun 07, the best deal was made with Thai Airways booking several months in advance.

ovenman
For international travel originating in the US, Best Travel Store is good. They have particularly good fares on Northwest, usually listed as "US Major Airline".

siam2007
I can book and sell tickets for all flights out of Switzerland, Austria and Germany at extremely competitive prices, if thats of interest for you (george) or anybody else.... I have a registered travel business in Europe (and run some homepages for online booking) and access to the data of all those ticket-wholesalers that deliver to travel agents....
