It appears Elon is in the news again.

It’s well know the board of Tesla are friends, relatives and others who can be relied upon to back him. In the recent case where the Delaware judge blocked his shares bonus, the judge cited that they were not sufficiently independent to be trusted to look after the broader shareholders.

Now it appears he has a drug culture and some of the other directors feel pressure to party with him.
