On February 23rd, reporters learned that Lt. Col. Apipoo Muang Sai, from the 3101st Infantry Regiment, received a report concerning guests who had stayed at a certain hotel in the Sathang area of Chiang Khong district on February 22nd, 2024.

It was reported that these guests had left behind a bag in their room, and despite the hotel's attempts, they couldn't reach the guests. Sensing something amiss, the hotel promptly notified authorities for investigation, reported Siam Rath.

So where're the tm30s? Names, nationalities, passport numbers. Isn't that what the much maligned tm30 is for? Shouldn't be diffilicult to track them. Straight to CM airport I guess.  An aborted scam trip maybe. Were there any SIMs? Were they registered? Where were they bought? What network? Were any calls made?

Give them a chance they only just found the phones, plus they have many things to deal with, speeding cars, well I can't think of anything else but I am sure they are busy because you never see them out working.

Yes, quite so. Poor overworked police. Must be the only police force in the world that works 9-5. They're good at tracking suspects on CCTV though. Always seem to be able to locate suspects even in the next town. I don't suppose we'll get any follow ups on this.

Many years ago, I stuck up a quick friendship with a young lady on Sukhumvit.  We decided to pursue our developing amity in the comfort of her room, on the top floor of the Miami Hotel.

Once there, I was surprised to see about 20 Nokia's splayed out on every flat surface, charger cables running like vines on a college wall.

Turned out, she was sort of a dispatcher for a fellow who ran multiple massage/escort adds in the local press. She had to have a good acting voice as sometimes a customer would call one number and being unsatisfied with the cost of services offered, call the next on the page which was actually her again.  She was pretty good at it.

Actually, she was pretty adept at answering calls under a variety of difficult circumstances, as I was to find out.

My GF has 96 and can use them all simultaneously to watch Thai movies, play games, talk with her sister and buy her online lottery tickets.

There is a sign in Chinese that looks like one for a mobile phone vendor, and the phones have stickers on the back of them so they are either for sale or unused bought phones. Surely it is a vendor who forgot a bag of phones?

The investigation should have started long ago wth the purchase of 95 sim cards

Where did it say, there were sim cards in the phones?
