retarius
I'm flying into Suvarnabhumi.....if I stay in a hotel for one or two nights in Bangkok before returning home, and they register me as a guest, do I still need to file a TM30 when I arrive home in Korat? DrJack54
You entered with a reentry permit? If that's the case you do not need to make a TM30
retarius
Yes I have a re-entry permit. Just to clarify, does this mean I don't have to go to immigration within 24 hours or on the next business day? When we asked at immigration (Korat) they said we had to come to immigration and file??????

There are few immigration offices playing their own game.. Outlined here in OP specifically 2.2 https://aseannow.com/topic/1169664-thai-immigration-announce-changes-to-tm30-reporting/
