July 24, 200718 yr Former boss of mine did it. Spend and lost a lot of money. It's a very risky and difficult business even he had some foreign experts from France, he failed.......... Sorry, can't give you any exact details or circumstances what happened(or not happened). Gerd

July 25, 200718 yr Foie gras comes from the livers of force fed geese. Not ducks. Sheesh! a fact is that more than 50% of paté de foie gras is made from overfattened duck livers and the english labelling "goose liver paté" does not really apply.
