One would assume that some knowledge dose exist Having some Thai workers being employed in Israel Till the whole industry was shut down couple years ago, Any one with first hand knowledge having been Associated with said business? It's a very risky and difficult business even he had some foreign experts from France, he failed.......... Sorry, can't give you any exact details or circumstances what happened(or not happened). Sheesh! a fact is that more than 50% of paté de foie gras is made from overfattened duck livers and the english labelling "goose liver paté" does not really apply.
