Thais often write under the product picture that they are interested in (สนใจ). What the hell does that mean?

1. They want to buy a product. But why not just write: I want to buy, what payment method?

2. They are just interested in knowing what colors are and what smells. Why not ask this question directly???

I get the impression that they are not taught at school to ask the right, logical questions.

So what exactly does this interest mean?

They are not asking for additional information.

If you want to reply, you can write something like "I'm looking forward to receiving your order" or "I'm sure you will find it useful", etc.
