According to reports, Mr. Zaeen Ismail Mohamed, a Maldivian citizen, had traveled to Thailand on May 17th, 2024, on flight MH796. However, upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Samut Prakan province, he mysteriously lost contact with his family in the Maldives. His father, who is a prominent businessman in the Maldives, grew concerned over his son’s sudden disappearance. He thought that his son might have been kidnapped, so he contacted the Maldives Embassy in Thailand, who then alerted Chonburi immigration, prompting a search for Mr. Mohamed.
