The Constitutional Court has scheduled June 12th to hear the case in which the Election Commission seeks to disband the Move Forward Party and impose a ten-year political ban on its members.

 

This action stems from allegations that the party's election campaign promise to amend the lèse majesté law constituted an attempt to overthrow the constitutional monarchy. the Move Forward Party plans to proceed with explaining  its rebuttal statement despite the court ordering it not to make statements that may influence the case.


An 18 year old male suspect has been arrested after trying to kill himself to evade arrest, after the body of a female student was found beneath a motorway at pathum thani yesterday.


Police released more details,  saying a motorcyclist had been seen dumping something early yesterday, investigators found the victim was the girlfriend of the suspect, both had been arguing. Officers later found the suspect at home having taken an overdose of pills, he is currently in hospital. An autopsy was being carried out on the victim. 


The minister for the environment welcomed the planned shooting of Jurassic World 4 in national parks in the South but said the production must not damage the environment. 


It expected shooting will take place in Bangkok, Phangnga, Krabi, Phuket and Trang for one month from them iddle of June.


The minister  has instructed authorities to enforce regulations to ensure the filming does not harm natural resources and the environment.
