Looking for a place to put a shop in Pattaya, not in bar sois, but close enough for foot traffic to drop by. Any locations advice appreciated or names of brokers.

better to rent a moto and look around, you dont need a scammy agent.

i can tell you there aer two shops on soi bukaho near the market 5.9 and 7 mil. dirty / noisy areas. there are also a few near sawasdee on soi bukhao and another right b4 you get to the night market, next to soi ??? (called archer ___). bars here do not do well, hence the closure. there is also an open beer bar group across from archer on a soi to nowhere next to the big dirt lot. these bars are an utter abject failure.

there is land in back of soi bukhao past bri enjoy near uptoyou apts for about 99 million baht (some STUPID price). a lovely piece of big ass land on the bend next to sunview hotel.

there is also double shop and single shop on soi9/2nd road - this is a great soi but gets the bars / gh do not do well.

thats what ive seen lately WALKING. have i encouraaged you NOT to take an agent? hoe so :-)
