And depending on where it is they are going to probably want travel expenses and the money up front as well.

The rate is 1000 to 1200 per hour and that is downtown BKK and that is for teaching kids private. Tutor schools that teach TOEFL pay 1000 per hour. But if it's convenient, such as in the same condo or in the same neighborhood maybe someone would do it.
