I found changing the back wheel on an e-bike a pain so have loaded the back wheel with a sealant to cope with small holes ,it’s said to help fill small holes ,so will see if it works ,on a pas  bike

In my racing days there was a ‘trick’ of putting milk into tubular tires to prevent slow punctures, it worked.

However, predictably it didn’t work for blow out punctures.

In races with 60-120 riders punctures were expected, or at least not unusual.

These would often be announced by the groans of disgust from riders in the bunch as the stench of rotting milk spread behind the rider with the puncture.
