Lampshade Recover

I have a "proper" lampshade, lined inside as well as out I mean in classic style.

It is truly hideous material and I need it recovering. It looks like it needs someone who really knows what they are doing.

Anyone know

1 A lampshade chung

2 Somewhere they make lampshades of this type I might get a job from.

Facing Wat Phra Sing, turn L (Samlarn Rd), go past the mountain bike shop and post office and then turn R after 100-200m or so (it may be on Ratchamanka). Near that corner is a lamp shop, and I believe they do their own shades. Not sure but worth a try.
