Hadn't seen the news for a couple days so had to look it up. Some may remember that I warned that using those missiles inside Russia would elicit just such a response. I guess I can say "I told you so" now.

 

BTW, I'm sure I've read a few threads on the forum telling us that Russia was all out of missiles and drones and such. Oops- just wasn't true at all then.

The truth is, when first started a hybrid war with Russia, the west have been to light handed. We knew from beginning, it would be a long long war, and first now, Ukraine is allowed to revenge the cowardly attacks Russian have been doing since the start of the war. It is a mess, and I believe the strategy, is the same used in Afghanistan, to slowly weaken Russia, but I suspect Putin, havent used all his resources, and continue to build up forces, while the west doesnt have critical resources left, and the strategy have indeed backfired. We cant afford Israel fighting in middle east at same time Ukraine war goeing on for the 3. year. One more major conflict, and we have a real problem with supplies for our own safety

I have read reports indicating that the west is already in a resupply crisis. Western countries are broke, and modern weapons cost a great deal more EACH than stacks of rifles or lots of artillery, which was the main component in the past.

Given we are not on a war footing, new items take time to be produced.
