Easy to find out: try it.

 

Perhaps the programmer specified 0.2MB even though the program reduces larger images down to the specified maximum size. One can never know, can one, until one tries?

 

I can already guess your next question: What happens if the image size is 2,001 bytes? My answer will be the same: Try it.

In my defence we had just climbed out of a dark, dirty, noisy, wet hole in the ground, which, despite being right next to the pyramids, was definitely not a tomb for a Pharo or anyone else, ok maybe some rats.

 

The traffic is crazy, driving is just mad with pedestrians crossing 6 lane highways! Total anarchy!
