Can anyone recommend a specialist  in Bangkok ,Pattaya or Chaing Mai to treat  trigger finger with ultra sound treatment hopefully to avoid surgery if possible .I have had this condition untreated  in my small and index fingers for some time .Although both fingers are bent there has been no pain until recently .

I would appreciate recommendations or advice   from anyone especially anyone having had successful treatment .
