1. The content had not been independently verified as no copy has been given to other media than the NYPost. Even the NYPost could not check it for lack of time.

2. There is no proof that it is responsible for Trump's loss (same for Hillary's claim in 2016)

The FBI had already authenticated it. Stop playing dumb, you know full well it was totally real and exposed the entire left for cheating in the 2020 election with the 51 intel letter, and by censoring fact across social media and news. You would be best served to stop all this pretending. The left cheated in the 2020 election and were punished at last since last november.

You know full well that the FBI needs a judge decision to communicate about Grand Jury evidence.

 

You should blame the looser Giuliani. He had the laptop content for about one year and released it only a few days before the election, and only to the NYPost. It's obvious that he wanted to defame Biden without leaving any time for analysing facts. He tried to be a smartass and failed (again).

 

So it was about trusting Giuliani or not. No one knowing his pedigree would have trusted him.

 

I see you also consider that Trump could not have won on his own merits and needed to smear Biden in order to avoid a loss!
