I will be getting an NON O Visa am i correct in saying that every 89 Days approx that i will have to leave and cross the border and come back for another 89 Days What do i do at the end of one year when the visa runs out.Do i have to return to the UK and apply for a new visa from Hull.

I believe you are talking about a multiple-entry non-O visa. Strictly speaking, this visa, respectively consecutive visas of this type, are not really meant for a long-term stay of several years in Thailand. Nevertheless, you can make an application for a second visa, and subsequent visas, and I have seen posts of other members saying that they received them without problem, but not from every Thai consulate.

If you qualify, you can get an annual extension from any immigration office in Thailand and don’t have to get repetitive visas from a Thai consulate. See National Police Order 606/2549 for criteria and requirements.

If you are talking about a multi entry visa Yes you are correct.
