Woman owns business outside of BKK, factory employing a score of native people. Husband has degree etc. & teaching experience in Thailand. Woman applies for a WP for her husband, stating that he's going to teach the factory workers 'English'. Husband doesn't actually do anything other than receive some money each month along with a payslip, taxes get paid on income as per legal requirements. Question Is this going to work, i.e. a means for the husband to stay in Thailand & avoid visa runs etc.? Can you envisage any problems? Regards. Surly if she is a factory owner she has tax payments and I would expect be able to show a 40k income for herself? If so that is all that is required.
