Breach of rental contract

Hi i have a 1 year lease I signed in October. The owner messaged me and said they are selling the property and I have to move in 30 days......is this legal?  My rent is 26,000 a month and i have 7 months remaining on my term and now i have to find another place to live. What am i entitled to or what should i do

What does your contract state?

At least you're "entitled" to take 30 days to find a better place, won't be hard.
