I'm going to buy a second hand bike next week value ฿60,000 registered in BKK to be changed to Chonburi.

I'm aware of the procedure -I'm in Sataheep, so I have to go to Chonburi - and I know what documents are required.

Two questions:

About how much?

I'm assuming I collect the new plates in local office.  Am I correct?

You can do ownership transfers at Pattaya DLT

Just maybe, because it´s the right thing to do.

It's a two step process , if have a the docs. First transfer number plate, takes a couple/few of days for that in Phuket DLT , then transfer green book to your name. I think mine was 1000b all together in 2019, for old model Forza 300.
