In a startling incident, a man from Chiang Mai’s San Sai district has captured attention after riding his motorbike stark naked, with three giant dildos strapped to the side. The 49-year-old, identified as Kluay from Lampang, was seen cruising through the village of Chedi Mae Krua, leaving locals in shock.

 

Caught on camera, the unusual spectacle took place during a nighttime downpour. The video quickly went viral, prompting police action. By midday today, Police Colonel Ekapong Chaiwongsai led a team to raid the suspect’s rented home.

 

During the raid, officers uncovered a collection of fake penises and a bottle of lubricant gel, along with the white Honda motorcycle used for the escapade. Kluay, openly gay, confessed his peculiar habit, claiming it had been ongoing for six years.

 

In his statement, Kluay explained, “I ordered the fake penises online for use with my girlfriend. When it rains, I feel compelled to strip off and ride around the village.” He added, “I didn’t think it would be a big deal. I do it every rainy season, usually once every three to four days.”

 

Despite his assertions, police charged Kluay with possessing obscene items and performing indecent acts in public. This incident has sparked outrage and disbelief among the locals, with many worried about community impact.

 

“It’s shocking and disturbing to witness such behaviour,” one resident remarked, highlighting the community’s concern over the incident's potential effects on local life.

 

Police have issued a stern warning, making it clear that similar actions will not be tolerated. Authorities are committed to clamping down on any inappropriate or indecent behaviour in public spaces to maintain community order.

 

This unusual incident underscores the diverse fabric of community life and highlights the importance of public decency laws in maintaining societal norms.
