I've had no problems here in Chaing Mai.

If you keep getting this problem you can try and go back to the original format...its a choice for you when...or if..you get connected

No problem here, I do use Mozilla, so maybe a I.E. problem

I got both my Yahoo email accounts fine in Chiang Mai; I'm looking at one of them now on I.E.

No problem either. Check your ISP.

Sometimes is helps to try loging in from a different Yahoo address. Try http://mail.yahoo.ca/ or http://sg.yahoo.com/

Tried both still to no avail. Nothing wrong with my ISP. I can loggin to my.yahoo with no problem only when i click on mail icon i get this message.

it's a big problem for me can anyone help, how do i contact yahoo! customer service?

Try clearing your cache and deleting any Yahoo cookies then retry it.

Firefox = Tools > Options.... [myself have > clear all on close of browser......

I.E. = Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies, Delete Files

I fixed this "(at least partially); had to switch back to the old yahoomail format. It was not obvious how to do it without being able to login to the mail site. Guys, thank you all for the hints.
