December 12, 2025Dec 12 Popular Post Indiana Republicans have withstood immense pressure from President Donald Trump — and ignored threats on their lives — to defeat his plan to redraw the state’s congressional map, dealing him one of his most significant political setbacks since his return to the White House. The GOP-controlled state Senate on Thursday voted down the map that gerrymandered two more safe GOP seats, undercutting the party’s chances at holding control of Congress next November. The failed vote is the culmination of a brass-knuckled four-month pressure campaign from the White House on recalcitrant Indiana Republicans that included private meetings and public shaming from Trump, multiple visits from Vice President JD Vance, whip calls from Speaker Mike Johnson and veiled threats of withheld federal funds. https://archive.ph/haz70 Today will be rembered as a day of double infamy if not to historians at least in the mind of President Donald Trump. Now the question is will he proclaim a national day of mourning or a national day of inchoate rage?
December 12, 2025Dec 12 Popular Post As I mentioned elsewhere, no doubt Trump has called Hegseth and ordered him to put together an attack plan for invading Indiana. Keep checking Signal for early word of the order of battle. Or maybe Trump will order the seizure of basketballs and race cars, which he can store on his new oil tanker.

Later reports indicate that Trump will be targeting the 12 Republican legislator-terrorists who voted against the gerrymander.
December 12, 2025Dec 12 Popular Post Given Trump's obvious and increasingly rapid physical and mental decline (watch his "rally" speech in PA....oh my!), I doubt he'll even be above ground when the midterms come, but in the event the gods have a humorous coda in store for him, it will be interesting to see how many additional impeachments the (likely to be) Dem-controlled House will be able to pull off. And if the Dems retake a Senate majority, or enough Repub Senators like Murkowski, McConnell and Collins know MAGA is dead meat, Trump might even be convicted.
December 13, 2025Dec 13 Upon Trump's passing, MAGA is going to stand for this: Messiah Ain't Gonna Arise. Amen.
December 13, 2025Dec 13 Popular Post The republicans are finally getting the courage to risk a nasty tweet now that they see how unpopular trump is….it’s about effin time!!profiles in courage NOT!!let’s just hope the damage can be avoided as he spirals into oblivion.
