August 20, 200718 yr I've taken my family and friends to Samui for some years now .... usually we stay at one of the beach side villas/bungalows on north side of the island rented from coconut land and houses. OK I know it's expensive but we don't get away much and when we do it's worth spending a little money to have some peace and quite and some privacy. The last time I was there there was construction going on next to our bungalow and it wasn't as pleasant as the good old days. But maybe this is par for the course everywhere now. Anyway ... question for you residents there ..... what are similar (right on the beach) options available? Years ago we used to stay at one of the beach side bungalows at Coral Bay but we prefer to have a kitchen like in the coco houses.
August 20, 200718 yr There are many, many alternatives to Coconut Land and House all over Samui. There seems to be a good listing at samui-villas.com go check it out. Cheers
