Bomb the country non stop for 3 months. If they rebuild and don't reform do it again every 2 years until they learn the lesson. You can't go soft on terrorists. Chamberlain tried it with Hitler.

Agree Military targets! Those who advocate for terror against peace efforts must be also considered.
