I don't agree at all that there were queues for the 90 days drive through, at least I never saw more than 3-4 vehicles in front of me, but maybe I was lucky.

THERE is NO more drive thru!!!
better to do 90 day at Blue tree till high season is over

I DO know that there is NO MORE drive through, hence my comment in past sense.

Best option is to always try the online a few days before..., can get lucky..., I had like 75% success rate over the years...! 😉

The online window closes 7 days before date of renewal. Think window is 10 to 7 days before

online 14 days till 2 days
I've been using it for years EXCEPT after i get a new yearly extension ( OUT of Phuket) and than need do my 1st one after, in person, after i have filed a new tm 30 moving me back to Phuket

I must be too clever for the online 90 days😜 because I tried to fill in the application form. As my laptop showed me the mandatory fields to fill in, I did it, and got a few minutes later that it was rejected. Mentioning I did not fill in the phone number, that was not indicated as mandatory.

2nd try: Filled in the phone number, used all other information's as on the 1st try, including the same address, got another rejection saying this time the address is not correct. Checked the address again and it was identical as with the 1st try. What was it I did not understand according to the experts?

I can only say the first time it did not check the address, it stopped at phone number missing..., on 2nd run it passed the missing fields checks, then found issue with address ...

I suspect the address didn't exactly match the one used for your TM30, they must have a computer auto check now before a real person sees it, so if have access to TM30 exact wording, try that...
