Rescuer Rejects Actress Assault Claim and Says He Was Giving First Aid

A Thai rescuer accused of sexually assaulting actress Christine Gulasatree Michalsky has denied the allegation and insisted he was only trying to provide emergency assistance. The actress said she was weak but conscious when the man arrived alone at her condominium and allegedly assaulted her while a security guard went to fetch police. She also claimed he removed parts of her clothing, touched her inappropriately, and took photographs while she was undressed. The rescuer, however, told police he performed CPR and said any photos taken were of her medication packaging for medical staff. Christine later went to Khlong Tan Police Station to hand over clothing and give additional testimony as the case moved forward.
