I've found an agent that could help me apply for my DTV. I'm using an agent because I don't meet all the requirements, and they say they can help me anyway.

(Please, if you think "if you don't fulfill all requirements, don't even try" — stay away from this post. I'm looking for real help and experiences, not lectures.)

The agency is called. They gave me 2 Facebook links on WhatsApp.
One is a group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1243868996254678 It has 450+ members but very few posts. It looks like they might have cleaned it up.

The second one is: https://www.facebook.com/borderrunthailand/ This page seems dead/inactive.

I'm talking to a guy on WhatsApp. He's been helpful and kind so far. We had a video call and he shared a selfie too.

Since the service is quite expensive, I want to know if anyone has real experience with them for a DTV application (not just fast track).

How did it go? Did you get approved or rejected? And if it didn't work out, did they give the promised refund?

I've attached some screenshots so maybe you recognize the agency or the guy.
