Especially since Iran will give individual "permission" what ships (what nations) will be allowed to pass the strait of hormuz. The ships of "unfriendly nations" will not be allowed to pass. Plus there will have to be paid a hefty fee for the ships that are allowed to pass.

The Iranians may not have the best deck of cards, but they play them awfully well.
