A former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) employee is facing indictment for his role in a scheme to evade Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in connection with COVID-19 research grants.

David M. Morens, 78, of Chester, Maryland, is charged with conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal, or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting. Morens served as a senior advisor in NIAID’s Office of the Director from 2006 through 2022.

This is to do with the infamous letter written to poo poo the idea of a lab leak and spin the narrative that it was a natural occurrence when just a day earlier 3 of the 4 letter cosigners had expressed opinion that it was indeed a lab leak.

There was no lab leak. A red herring.

There was no pandemic.

Covid was a hoax.

No such thing as an infectious virus.

I can agree with you on these 2.

They were and still are doing dubious 'research' in those labs that's the ultimate point whatever they are messing around with they should not have been and tried to cover it up.

They probably destroyed the evidence before the advancing Russians could get a look at what they were up to.
