Singha Family Member Renounces Heir Label Amid Abuse Allegations

Siranudh “Psi” Scott, a fourth-generation member of the Bhirombhakdi family behind Singha beer, has publicly rejected being called a Singha heir after sharing allegations of trauma and family conflict. In an emotional video posted to Facebook, he alleged that he was sexually assaulted multiple times during his teenage years by a family member. He claimed relatives knew about the abuse through a recorded confession but failed to take action or support him. Siranudh also said his mother had filed a lawsuit against him over inheritance assets left by his late grandfather, former Singha Corp chairman Chamnong Bhirombhakdi. Known for his marine conservation work and the Sea You Strong initiative, he said he could no longer remain in a family environment that he feels does not value his humanity or pain.

Yeah, we got it the first time you posted this.

This is a really sad situation. He must have been pushed to the wall by the family dispute. I expect that the family will have wanted to keep this hushed up, and the brother will have a tough decision to make. Does he sue to defend his honour or try to dismiss him as "unwell". I don't know either man, but Psi is held in high regard by millions of people and I know that he was pursued by a lot of beautiful and wealthy suitors. He's educated, well off, charming and good looking and has had positive press. Stories like this; https://www.prestigeonline.com/th/people/profiles/whats-next-for-psi-scott/ Sad situation for all concerned. The genie is out of the bottle now.
