Mendoza emphasized the significance of timely insurance payments to support victims.To address these issues, Mendoza instructed LTFRB Region 5 to collaborate with insurance providers for swift compensation disbursement. The driver involved is also required to justify why further penalties should not be applied to him. Would like to see this considered for financial crimes, including corruption.
