Zionism and Hezbollah

Hebrews 4:12: “The word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul from spirit, joints from marrow; it is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

But America’s Zionists inject an unhinged tenor to a political vision that doesn’t signal the fruits of the spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Gal 5:22-23)—but rather the smelling salts of the next Crusade. Christian Zionism is Christian fascism.

Hezbollah leader (Sheikh) Hassan Nasrallah said in 2000 that it was Israel's reverence for human life that made it weak.

If Hezbollah tells us about Israel’s “reverence for human life”, they have no idea what such reverence means. Nor does Nasrallah. Pretty words, grisly actions.

It’s not about your family, your friends, your tribe. It’s not just reverence for us, it’s about reverence for them, too.

It’s about not killing anybody. And both sides fail on the side of humanity. Israel and Hezbollah are partners in crimes against humanity.

Which is why I rejected Abrahamic religions at a rather young age and eventually embraced Buddhism. Most Buddhists aren't the "eye-for-an-eye" type who desire to genocide everyone who isn't in their chosen tribe. Zionist Christians are too seeped in the Old Testament and totally lose sight to Christ's teachings which are more in line with Buddhism than the Old Testament.
