Not serious,"mini-stroke" or TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack).

She's 54 years old Thai.

Any advice to check her so she don't get a full stroke.

She's different now, mood swings, from angry to over loving.

I know the common things, like face expression, every day I ask her to hold both arms up for 10 second.

How do you know she had a stroke?

    Yes - go to the hospital and have her checked by a doctor ASAP.

    I'm closing this thread. If your girlfriend has had a stroke you need to get her professional medical treatment.
