Limit on visa exempt for Countries under Bilateral Agreement ?

Featured Replies

In the "old days", prior to 60days visa free, the Countries under Bilateral Agreements were allowed entry into Thailand unlimited times, including Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In theory they should also be allowed to enter Thailand without issues under the new rules. Anyone can comment or we have to wait until the new rules are published? Thanks

There is no stated limit on visa exempt entry via air.

It's the amount of time spent in Thailand and amount of time between stays.

For those trying to have extended stays in Thailand and very little time out then there will be push back from immigration and possible refused entry.

Best to outline your plan of staying in Thailand for best advice

Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore will still be allowed unlimited entries under the bilateral agreements.
