Can anyone recommend a reputable Electrolux repair shop in Phuket that can service my refrigerator? It's well past the warranty period but should be good for a few more years! Thank you for any suggestions. Cheers, Ron

    You don't say where you are located in Phuket. But any local repairs shops can help.

    Gentlemen - Thank you for your replies and suggestions! For what it's worth, ESV Supply and Service, which is mentioned above has mostly brutal reviews online. We did ultimately find an alternative. Electrolux Service Center at 076-213552 or 081-7474796. They answered the phone (huge plus), arrived exactly when they said they would, inspected and tested the fridge, discovered a faulty "power board", and promised to return on Friday when the part arrives to complete the repair. Total cost quoted, 4800 parts and 800 labor.

    4800 for the power board sounds a bit steep but considering it's Electrolux that's probably to be expected.

    800 for labor is for both visits, very reasonable. Given the fact that it's a 30,000 baht fridge, I don't find the 5600 baht repair particularly unrealistic. I'll reserve final judgement till after the repair is complete!
