Another question for Moroccan passport

Featured Replies

My girlfriend, Moroccan passport, she will come from 15 July to 15 August. She needs to apply for a tourist visa?

Currently 60 day visa exempt but that is subject to change when the proposed return to 30 days is implemented and the country lists updated - as of now date implementation date and country changes unknown although Morocco has disappeared from some unofficial lists of exempt countries.

It's not really a question that anyone can answer.

The Thai cabinet has approved reverting visa exempt back to 30 days and removing all the counties they added to the list of those eligible July 2024. But no one knows when it will actually change.

If they implement they change before your girlfriend travels, then she will require a tourist visa. If the change is not implemented by then, then she can enter visa exempt and receive a 60 day entry stamp without a visa.

She will need to watch the news to see if things change before her travel. If she wants to guarantee no problems, she can apply for a tourist visa immediately, since there's not a lot of time between now and then for the embassy to process an application.
