creatine suppliers, brands, quality, counterfeit (continued)

Featured Replies

There are at least 2 manufacturers of creatine in Thailand supplied by Dr. Pong and Matell, the latter being slightly cheaper (300g 2.28 B delivered). Both have names, addresses and reg no. printed on the label with expiry date stamped on the exposed plastic bottom. Creatine does not dissolve completely so, for me a very slight crunch test works where I can feel the undissolved particles whilst consuming it. I mix it with electrolyte to enhance absorption. My intake is 20g creatine + packet of electrolyte in 500ml water sipped through the day. For my brain function, not a body builder...555. Sipping through the day seems to alleviate bloating btw.

US suppliers and or manufacturers are out for me as the US FDA does zero quality control over supplements unless there is a complaint from a consumer, who has purchased what is, in fact, an unknown product to ingest. That whole industry seems to follow the edict of pres trump; if they can lie and screw you for an extra penny they will...No matter what the consequences to your health and or well being. An american flag on a label is a RED flag for me.

Vistra and GPO are 2 Thai brands of supplements that I trust, the latter being a Thai Government enterprise. These and other legitimate brands have names, addresses, reg nos., expiration dates stamped onto the container etc..

Not for sure, but it seems that many us supplements show content number in bottle of say, 30 units but on inspection 'serving size' is 2 per. So it is not a month's supply at such and such a price, it is 2x more costly than a comparable (non us) product with more punch per pill at 1 per day ('serving'). These 'serving size 2' type of supplements often have no clear names, addresses or registration nos. and the emoji touting the quality read, no gmo, made with care, veg caps. etc. with zero reference numbers or further information.

This is just a follow up to confirm that I think that I have found Thai manufacturers of creatine and info about other supplements.

Any comments about reliable Thai suppliers of vitamins and supplements?🍁🎶🙏
