The doctor has put me on Valsartan for my high blood pressure currently 140/90

I have been taking it but getting dizzy at times

I told him he said all blood pressure medication makes people dizzy

I will have to wait until I get back to Pattaya to see a REAL doctor unfortunately

Is anyone else taking valsartan?

Shouldn't I be on a better one ?

What if I don't take it ?

Nothing wrong eith valsartan per se.

Dizziness when on BP meds can be due to BP being too low (dosage isSUe) or to sudden changes of position, for example getting up from a sitting or lying position. This can be managed by just moving more dlowly to give your body time to adjust.

Take note of when this occurs and monitor your BP.
