How would you say it.

Does it mean(in English) that it is good to look at? Maybe in that case it could be งามสง่า

interesting question. i'm not a wine expert but, based on my knowledge of coffee tasting, i'm guessing that 'elegant' might mean light in body (มีความหนืดน้อย) and having a well-balanced mild sweet flavour (รถอ่อนและหวาน, มีความสมดุลดี).

in other words, elegant is a positive description, but almost the opposite of 'powerful'.

In light of the recent prestigious, and snobbish, wine tasting event in California where "two buck ($2) Chuck" won a gold medal, I would assume that an elegant wine simply means a grossly over priced bottle of wine, and thus should be translated accordingly.
