Surely the Tuk Tuk driver would have interacted with the suspects to know where he picked them up, where they wanted to go, what language they spoke, guess ethnicity, etc. But maybe the driver is unwilling to speak to police?

Did know mooning was still a thing. A bit of credit for being able to pull that off in a tuk tuk.

We did that too from inside the school bus, sticking our buts to the large windows and "mooning" the other cars passing by. But we were like 12 or 13 yo.....

Situations like these will likely totally stop when visa exempt is back from 60 days to 30 days...

That's what I thought at first, but the article did say "..pulling down their trousers, facing the vehicles behind them." Does that mean that they were flashing their "junk" rather than the traditional "moon". I am so confused .....
