How do I set up a PayPal account in Thailand? Any help would be great.

My gf has a Paypal account. I believe you can simply sign up and add a bank account etc. PP gives you horribly bad exchange rates though when you credit your bank account. something like 3 Baht less per Dollar :---( Check out paypalsucks.com and beware of many eBay scams where PP won't protect you as a seller. different addresses used by scamsters on eBay and PP etc., or they pay via PP and collect in person. The it won't be insured...
