Trump family targeted in chilling Iranian propaganda campaign

Iran has intensified its propaganda campaign against President Donald Trump, with threatening murals, banners and graffiti appearing across Tehran depicting the president, members of his family and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as targets for revenge.

The displays have emerged as tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to escalate following renewed military strikes and the assassination of Iran's former Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Murals call for revenge

Some of the most striking images have appeared in Tehran's public squares, where giant murals portray Trump and Netanyahu drowning in what is described as a "sea of revenge."

Other displays reportedly depict Trump as already dead, while one large banner allegedly shows members of the Trump family inside coffins alongside calls for vengeance.

The imagery reflects the Iranian leadership's repeated pledges to seek "revenge" and "blood avenging" following Khamenei's death.

Graffiti and banners threaten Trump

Threats have also appeared in handwritten graffiti and public banners across the capital.

During funeral ceremonies for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, walls were reportedly covered with slogans reading, "We will kill Trump," while mourners carried banners with similar messages.

A prominent billboard in Tehran's Enghelab Square reportedly featured calls for Trump to be hanged, adding to a series of highly provocative public displays.

Conflict continues to escalate

The propaganda campaign comes as fighting between the United States and Iran has intensified once again.

The latest escalation followed U.S. airstrikes targeting facilities linked to Iran's Revolutionary Guard after American troops were killed in Jordan, further widening the conflict after diplomatic efforts to secure a ceasefire collapsed.

Both Washington and Tehran have continued exchanging military strikes, raising fears of a broader regional war.

Rhetoric reaches dangerous new level

Iranian officials have repeatedly vowed revenge for Khamenei's assassination, while state-backed messaging has become increasingly hostile toward the United States and Israel.

Although inflammatory slogans and propaganda have long featured in Iran's political landscape, the latest campaign appears to place an unusually personal focus on President Trump and those closest to him.

The growing use of violent imagery and explicit death threats underscores the increasingly dangerous rhetoric accompanying the deepening conflict between the two countries.

Way out of order......it's almost like they are peed off by schools, bridges, power plants and oil refineries being bombed.

Given this huge escalation in violent rhetoric by the Iranian regime, it's hard to see them wanting any sort of 'deal' like Trump keeps saying.

Let's get real. The US has a foreign affairs policy where the killing of foreign leaders - and their families - is considered acceptable, is condoned, and to often acted upon. Then when the shoe is on the other foot? shock1
"Those horrible Iranian terrorists want to kill the kind-hearted President Trump for no reason at all. Boo hoo hoo."
Honestly - what do you expect? Live by the sword, die by the sword - i.e., Quid Pro Quo. Authorize decapitations and watch the blow-back.

Honestly, if I was Trump, I'd be more afraid of Mossad and the CIA. Popping the sitting president and blaming it on Iran would be viable way of swatting a hornets nest. There'd be no tears in this household, and Vance is at least sane, but I'd rather not see the aftermath where the entire country goes insane and starts demanding that Tehran is nuked. Then globally it's "Game On" for GTW. I'd rather not see that. So hopefully Trump isn't whacked. I'd rather see the House and Senate swing Democrat in the midterms and watch him removed constitutionally. I'd get much more joy out of out of watching Trump removed from the White House by American legislators, and I don't wish anyone's assassination.
I don't think assassinations are a good foreign policy. It just steels the resolve of the nation whose leader is "decapitated." Trump probably confabulates that 15 million people would come out for his funeral. Not! biggrin
