I absolutely love watching propaganda. Netanyahu's current propaganda is that New York jews are afraid of Mayor Mamdani.

According to Pew Research, they like Mamdani more than they like Netanyahu. Go figure, 'eh?

The only hate I see being fomenting is from the Israeli PM who is a class act at fomenting chaos.

A small CNN exit poll of 733 found that 60% of people claiming to be jewish voted for Mario Cuomo and another 30% said they voted for Mamdami. So what, it means little. Nor was a vote for Mamdami necessarily an endorsement of his racist political views. A lot of people wanted change and did not like Cuomo's history.

The ethnic Italians and Greeks had similar results, and I doubt that they care one tosss about Netanyahu. Mamdami's strongest support came from the poor districts that rely on social benefit payments. 20% of New York's jewish community live at or below the poverty line. Of course many would support a mayor who promises them free groceries and housing. The voting patterns of the New Yorkers has nothing to do with Netanyahu, nor has he claimed it was.

But you siding with Netanyahu, the godfather of genocide, responsible for the slaughter of 20.000 children and head of an apartheid country, created by mass murder, mass deportation and land theft accusing Mamdami for having racist political views is a bit hypocritical isn't it.

Early in his campaign, Mamdani had promised city-owned grocery stores that would lower food costs for New Yorkers, but didn't give any details. Some of his supporters and detractors assumed this would mean the stores would function for the city's poorest residents on the same basis as the free "food banks" or "food pantries" run by charitable organizations and religious groups. However, Mamdani never made such a promise.

I am not referring to the city owned grocery store plan. Mamdami proposed an expansion of the existing programs to include more people. Aside from federal programs like SNAP the gives people funds to purchase food items, the largest municipal program in NYC is its basket of services bundled under its "Food Bank for New York City". It is the vehicle that delivers the grocery items at no cost to outlets across NYC. This includes fixed and mobile pantries. The large expanse of meal programs is managed by the Food Bank. It served 1.4 million people in 2025. Mambdami wants the pantry operations expanded. There is no cost to access the pantry.

There are several other programs that reduce the cost of groceries in low income areas. Are you aware of the state and city FRESH program that provides significant tax reductions and funds the building or renovation of grocery stores? These savings are passed on to the people who use the grocery stores. FRESH provides tax breaks for supermarket operators and developers seeking to build or renovate new retail space to be owned or leased by a full-line supermarket operator. This applies to Building Taxes, Land Taxes, specified Sales Taxes, and Mortgage Recording Taxes. Mamdami also wanted to expand this.

No matter whom most Jews in the US are favoring, Mamdami or Mileikowsky, both have a few things in common:

Both names start with an “M”. Both are kids of immigrants.

Both stopped the further rise of rent: one by stabilizing apartment rents, the other by flattening apartment buildings.

One wants to eliminate food apartheid and malnutrition with public groceries; the other is the head of an apartheid state and caused starvation to eliminate people.

For childcare, one provides it free of charge, while the other tells his soldiers that Palestinian kids are free to be taken care no (to shoot at).

One creates affordable housing, while the other makes houses uninhabitable.

Yet both have been elected.

Says a lot about those voters.
