Well not really that new but more specific.

Working in construction pushing a wheelbarrow is nearly the same but it seems to be a great exercise and easy to do.

The "Farmers walk"

Carrying two weights for 50 meters ,once a day is a great start.

Don't need a gym or expensive equipment.

I pick them up in the morning,carry them to the workshop and carry them back at night.

A really great way to get back in shape.

They say for beginning 10 kilo or 22 lbs is enough.

You slowly up the weight as you get stronger.

Any one else doing something similar?

Pushing a lawn mower to cut 3 rai of grass every week will get you fitter than that.
