AGT winner Nene Royal gifted Bangkok home

Rattikan "Praew" Amloy, the 16-year-old Phuket artist known as Nene Royal, has received a two-bedroom Bangkok condominium for her family from CP Group chairman Dhanin Chearavanont and his family.

Nene was named the 2026 America's Got Talent winner on September 24, Thai time, becoming the first Thai winner of the US television competition. She also won the programme's US$1 million prize.

The home was given in recognition of the teenager's determination and commitment to building an artistic career. According to the source, it was a gift from one family to another, with no obligations attached.

Home presented before AGT final

The condominium was formally presented to Nene and her family on September 5 at Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums, before they travelled to the United States for the America's Got Talent final.

It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit of about 98.69 square metres at the Mulberry Grove The Forestias residential development on Bang Na-Trat Road in Bangkok.

The project has six buildings of seven to eight floors, containing 269 units across more than 16 rai. Its facilities include a fitness centre, swimming pool, workspaces, children's play areas and electric vehicle charging points.

Scholarship and music equipment

CP Group also offered Nene a continuing scholarship, as well as an Apple Studio Display, Apple AirPods Max and a Buddha statue.

The electronic equipment is intended to help with her studies and the composition of original music as she continues her career.

Dhanin told Nene's family that their experience could encourage young people to follow their ambitions, act on their goals, overcome difficulties and believe in their own abilities. He also highlighted the importance of family and those offering support.

CP Group had previously backed the young singer by displaying her image on an LED screen in Times Square, New York, in August. The display was intended to introduce her to an international audience and offer encouragement before the final.
