Car Smashes Through Kanchanaburi Childcare Centre, Injuring 16

At least 16 people, most of them young children, were injured when a car crashed through the rear wall of a childcare centre in Kanchanaburi province. Nearly 50 children were inside and had just settled down for their afternoon nap when the vehicle struck the building, prompting teachers to quickly evacuate the room. Fourteen children and two adults travelling in the car were taken to hospital, with youngsters suffering cuts, bruises and other injuries caused largely by falling concrete. The driver told police that an existing medical condition suddenly flared up and caused him to briefly lose consciousness while behind the wheel. Police are reviewing CCTV footage as part of their investigation, while provincial authorities have ordered full medical assistance for the injured and support for affected families.

Known medical conditions, brake failure and that cat. Were these children in a car or van? Can't tell here as it's "normal" for that many to be in a pickup or on top of a school bus. How many children need to pay for this lack of common sense care?
