I didn't mention anything about defying the courts, but he (or his people) has done that too. The cases of deporting people without due process and ignoring the judges is one example. He lost the case about birthright citizenship in the supreme court, and he is still trying to limit birthright citizenship nonetheless. Not by trying to change the constitution through a new amendment but by issuing an executive order like a king.

Virtually no one has been deported without due process, To say that have is to lie.

Trump has not ignored the Court, Trump has ignored some lower court judges, which the Court has indicated is within his power.

When presidents get knocked down by the court, it is common for them to find a workaround, but you only care when it's Trump.

Has Trump declared a war, any more than Obama or Clinton? No.

Once an order of removal has been issued, a non-citizen has received all the due process they are entitled to.

So, the lower court judges are not part of the court system? If a judge says something you are supposed to follow that. If you think the judge is wrong, you ask for a "second opinion". You do not ignore a clear order from the judge, even if it is inconvenient; like stopping a deportation of people you do not want from being flown to another country without due process. There's that pesky constitution again!

I certainly care, no matter which president does something wrong. Like Obama killing people in other countries. Or Joe Biden trying to rule by executive order - even though it was on a complete different scale from what we are seeing now. I didn't care about the tan suit, though.

I can think of other people that only cares depending of the person breaking the rules and laws. You would go bananas if a Democrat did even the slightest percentage of what Trump is doing.
