IF they would insure you, it would cost an arm and a leg. Since I see you are or are going to be married soon you won't need it on a marriage visa. I guess I should say "required".

At 82, forget it

As most insurers have an age limit of 65 years for new customers I doubt that it is possible at 82. Anyway, you should contact a broker to make sure. It might depend on pre-existing conditions.
